Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a proactive Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own Google Ads end-to-end for multiple DTC brands. You will directly communicate with clients, present results, and defend your decisions, handling brand and non-brand strategies separately while optimizing attribution and growth.

You will audit accounts, own feed and landing pages, and build the required assets to move metrics, with the flexibility to work remotely and during US hours.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit before touching any account: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, landing pages, tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand as separate businesses with separate reporting.
• Understand PMax and attribution; avoid blending CAC vs incremental impact.
• Maintain control of feed, landing pages, and tracking to ensure growth.
• Communicate clearly in English with clients; defend your decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, buyer, and client contact. Budgets run from $5k/mo to six figures monthly.
• Own the client relationship—present results, plans, and reasoning, and answer when things aren’t working.
• Audit overviews before taking over: campaigns, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate business units with separate reporting.
• Know what PMax is doing and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Keep Google automation in check; audit auto-recommendations and assets.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, and promotions.
• Own the tracking: GA4, GTM, conversions, offline imports.
• Diagnose bottlenecks (creative, offer, AOV, landing pages) and fix.
• Build required landing pages and scripts to remove constraints.
