Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend across DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results and plans.
• Audit overhauls of campaigns, structure, keywords, and tracking.
• Knowledge of PMax, Shopping, and YouTube ads in a growth context.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as distinct business units.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings via Loom.
• Manage feeds, Merchant Center hygiene, and landing page optimization.
• Own tracking via GA4, GTM, and conversions, reconcile numbers.
• Build required pages or scripts to remove bottlenecks.
