Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads for multiple DTC brands. You will manage direct client relationships, design take-no-prisoner growth strategies, and optimize across Brand and Non-Brand campaigns.

You will own the funnel from feed to landing pages, monitor attribution, and defend your calls in client meetings. This role is fully remote with global collaboration and US Eastern hours support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships with direct communication and accountability.
• Strong understanding of attribution, NC-CPA/NC-ROAS optimization.
• Experience with PMax, shopping campaigns, and brand vs non-brand strategy.
• Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and landing page testing/creation.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, negatives, bidding, feed health, landing pages, conversion tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand separately and defend incremental value.
• Evaluate PMax performance and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Own the feed and tracking ecosystems (Merchant Center, GA4, GTM).
• Build or improve landing pages and scripts to remove bottlenecks.
