Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts for DTC brands in a remote setup. You will be the client’s direct contact, responsible for strategy, execution, updates, and accountability for results.

You’ll audit before touching accounts, manage brand vs. non-brand separately, and optimize long-term performance using PMax, Shopping, GA4/GTM, and landing pages. You must be comfortable with US Eastern hours and own the entire funnel.

Qualifications

• Able to manage DTC/eCommerce ad accounts with proven results.
• Fluent English communication for client calls and updates.
• Strong audit and diagnostic skills before making changes.
• Comfort with direct client ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching; present findings via Loom walkthrough.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities and measure separately.
• Own feed, tracking, and creative changes to improve performance.
• Explain attribution and defend your approach to clients.
• Be available for US Eastern hours for client calls.
