Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own end-to-end Google Ads for a set of DTC accounts. You will be the direct client contact, plan and defend your decisions, and drive growth through strategic measurement and optimization.

You will manage brand and performance campaigns, optimize the full funnel, and leverage AI-powered tooling to build landing pages and scalable assets. Remote role with US hours overlap and strong autonomy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with real spend and explain CPA/ROAS results.
• Fluent in the full stack: Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, GA4, GTM.
• Able to build and ship landing pages or assets with AI.
• Experience managing DTC/eCommerce accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching; review structure, negatives, landing pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate strategies; report separately.
