Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts for DTC and ecommerce brands. You’ll directly manage client relationships, conduct thorough audits, and defend your optimization decisions. Expect to navigate brand vs.

non-brand strategies, attribution nuances, and robust tracking setups. Remote role with global team; must be able to take client calls during US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Experience owning and managing DTC / ecommerce ad accounts.
• Ability to present results, plans, and reasoning directly to clients.
• Strong audit skills: campaign structure, keywords, negatives, bids, feed health, landing pages, tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit overhauls before touching any account and present Loom walkthroughs.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities and report separately.
• Understand PMax behavior and attribution beyond last-click.
• Keep Google automation in check and audit auto features that affect spend.
• Own the feed, product titles, promotions, and how feed affects Shopping and PMax.
• Own tracking systems (GA4, GTM, Shopify imports) and reconcile numbers.
• Diagnose bottlenecks (creative, offers, AOV, landing pages, checkout, tracking) and fix them.
