Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own end-to-end Google accounts for 50 DTC/eCommerce brands. You will talk directly with clients, defend your decisions, and own results from setup to optimization.

You will audit accounts, manage brand and non-brand strategies separately, and own feed, tracking, and landing pages. Strong emphasis on incremental growth and client communication.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results and plans directly.
• Audit-led approach to campaign structures, tracking, and landing pages.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything; present Loom walkthrough.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and optimize for incremental lift.
• Own feed, merchant center hygiene, and tracking across GA4/GTM/Shopify.
• Diagnose bottlenecks across creative, offers, landing pages, and checkout and fix them.
