Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads and related assets for multiple DTC/eCommerce brands. You will directly liaise with clients, present plans, and defend strategic decisions to optimize CPA, ROAS, and revenue.

You will audit accounts, manage brand vs non-brand strategies, and partner with AI tools to build landing pages and assets. This is a remote, globally distributed role with US Eastern hours expected for client calls.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact.
• Budgets run from $5k/mo to six figures monthly.
• Audit overhauls: structure, keywords vs search terms, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, conversions.
• Brand vs non-brand separated campaigns; measure incremental impact.
• Know PMax impact and avoid mixing branded vs. incremental CAC.
• Keep Google's automation in check and audit automation features.
• Own the feed and tracking for accurate performance signals.
• Build/ship landing pages and scripts as needed with AI.
• Must communicate ideas in English clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end across Google ads platforms.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present Loom walkthroughs to clients.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as distinct entities with separate reporting.
• Analyze PMax performance and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Maintain control over feed, promotions, and Shopping delivery.
• Ensure GA4, GTM, and Shopify integrations are accurate and up-to-date.
• Lead client calls during US Eastern business hours.
• Provide strategic rationale and defend recommendations to clients.
• Build landing pages or assets when needed to remove bottlenecks.
• Drive growth by testing aggressive, data-driven strategies.
