Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads for DTC accounts. You will be the direct client contact, write updates, run calls, and defend your decisions.

You will manage budgets from modest spend to six figures monthly, across Brand and Non-Brand campaigns, with a focus on incremental growth and clear attribution. You can work remotely from anywhere and must be able to take client calls during US Eastern business hours.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact.
• Audit before touching anything: campaign structure, keywords vs search terms, negatives, bidding strategy per campaign type, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, and conversion tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses to measure incremental impact.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and separate branded vs incremental performance.
• Keep Google's automation under control and audit auto assets and sitelinks regularly.
• Own the feed and tracking across GA4, GTM, Shopify integrations.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and fix creative, offers, landing pages, and checkout.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, and the client's direct point of contact.
• Maintain client relationships with no intermediary account manager.
• Audit overhauls: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities.
• Analyze PMax performance and separate branded from non-branded results.
• Maintain and improve feed hygiene and conversion tracking.
• Build or deploy landing pages and reporting to remove bottlenecks.
• Communicate results and plans clearly to clients in English.
