Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end. You will speak directly with clients, defend your decisions, and ensure alignment with growth goals.

You will audit campaigns before making changes, own feed health and tracking, and run brand and non-brand strategies as separate businesses. Remote role with US Eastern hours compatibility.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaign structures, keywords, negatives, bidding, impressions, feed health, landing pages, tracking.
• Separate brand and non-brand campaigns and report them distinctly.
• Know what PMax is actually delivering and its branding mix.
• Keep Google's automation in check and audit auto-suggestions.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end and be the client's direct point of contact.
• Audit before touching accounts: structure, terms, bidding, tracking, and feed health.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report them separately.
• Analyze PMax performance and ensure incremental value; defend your targets.
• Own feed, tracking, and landing pages; build pages or scripts as needed.
