Job summary

Pearster is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our international team, owning a broad range of HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, HR administration, and people operations.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment across countries, design onboarding/offboarding processes, manage records, and implement engagement initiatives while guiding managers on HR policies and employee relations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Advanced English (C1) – excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent Spanish (C2) – excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) to organize HR workflows
• Extensive hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and lifecycle management
• Experience designing and improving HR processes, policies, and engagement initiatives
• Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and confidentiality
• Analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven mindset
• Independent work style with ability to collaborate with international teams

Responsibilities

• Independently manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle—from recruitment to offboarding.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across countries for technical and non-technical roles.
• Conduct HR interviews, assess candidates and fit, and advise hiring managers.
• Prepare and publish clear job descriptions.
• Design, coordinate and improve onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage employee records, HR documentation, and internal databases.
• Develop and implement engagement, well-being, and retention initiatives.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and employee relations to managers.
• Coordinate performance management and development initiatives.
• Develop and optimize HR policies, processes, and workflows.
• Oversee benefits administration and time-off tracking.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes using agile methods.
• Monitor HR metrics and support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership and international teams to align HR with business goals.
• Support junior HR professionals as needed.
