Oracle is seeking a Data Center Operations professional to lead break/fix activities, hardware maintenance, and network configuration within customer environments. You will mentor technicians, validate cabling, and ensure connectivity while following SOPs/MOPs and safety guidelines.

In this role, you will coordinate with project teams and colocation partners, monitor ticket queues, and escalate trends to improve resiliency and availability across data center operations.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies opportunities for other team members to work with servers and main hardware to ensure efficient performance across the lifecycle.
• Guides and coaches less experienced technicians on best practices for power distribution units and replacement hardware without disturbing critical infrastructure.
• Validates cabling and verifies that devices are connected and error-free.
• Monitors and assigns work in a ticketing environment, mentoring less experienced technicians or implementing technical solutions within SLAs.
• Oversees adherence to SOPs/MOPs and site/vendor rules during on-site work at customer locations.
