Oracle is seeking a Data Center Operations professional with strong focus on server hardware lifecycle, network configuration, and incident resolution. The role emphasizes mentoring less experienced technicians, ensuring adherence to SOPs/MOPs, and safeguarding data center resiliency and availability.

Candidates will coordinate with teams to monitor SLAs, implement improvements, and support change control processes while maintaining safety and compliance at client sites and data centers.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies opportunities for others to replace or upgrade server components and monitors hardware performance across the data center lifecycle.
• Mentors less experienced technicians and trains on power distribution units, replacement hardware, and non-disruptive troubleshooting.
• Guides and instructs on network configuration, cabling verification, and client-config sign-off in defined environments.
• Monitors tickets, assigns work, escalates trends, and documents resolutions under SLAs.
• Ensures SOPs/MOPs compliance, site/vendor rules, and safety measures during on-site tasks.
