Oracle is seeking a Datacenter Services Operations professional to uphold resiliency and uptime in complex data center environments. The role focuses on server component upgrades, cabling validation, and network connectivity to ensure seamless operations.

You will mentor technicians, enforce SOPs/MOPs, and drive continuous improvement through collaboration with vendors and internal teams. This position emphasizes reliability and effective incident handling.

Formación

• Ability to mentor technicians and implement technical solutions.
• Familiarity with SOPs/MOPs in data center environments.
• Experience with ticketing systems and incident management.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies opportunities for others to replace or upgrade server components and ensures efficient performance across the hardware lifecycle.
• Guides and coaches technicians on best practices for power distribution units and replacement hardware.
• Validates cabling and network connectivity; signs off on client configurations.
• Monitors and assigns work in ticketing environments and documents resolutions for SLAs.
• Ensures adherence to SOPs/MOPs and safety guidelines at data center sites and customer locations.
• Trains advanced repair techniques aligned with corporate objectives and drives continuous improvement.
• Leads collaboration with project teams and partners to test installations and validate performance.
• Develops procedures to identify and resolve complex errors and escalates issues as needed.
• Promotes continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the team.
