Oracle is seeking an experienced Data Center Operations professional to identify opportunities for hardware upgrades and manage server components, cabling validation, and network connectivity. The role involves mentoring technicians, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring SOP/MOP compliance during on-site work at customer locations.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies opportunities for others to replace or upgrade server components.
• Monitors and assigns work in ticketing environment, mentoring less experienced technicians or implementing technical solutions.
• Trains advance fix and repair techniques that align with SOPs and MOPs for Data Center Change Control processes.
• Acts as a technical liaison to identify and resolve resiliency, reliability, and availability risks.
• Oversees adherence to SOPs/MOPs, site rules, and security procedures during on-site work.
• Leads collaboration with project teams and colocation partners to test, validate, and coordinate installations.
• Completes complex tasks with limited instructions and guides team members on priorities.
