Oracle is seeking a Datacenter Operations Technician to support break/fix and hardware maintenance, network configuration, and continuous improvement initiatives across client sites and data centers.

You will guide technicians, validate cabling and connectivity, monitor SLAs, and collaborate with diverse teams to minimize resiliency and availability risks while adhering to SOPs and MOPs.

• Validates cabling and network connectivity.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies opportunities for other team members to work with servers and main hardware.
• Guides technicians on power distribution units and replacement hardware.
• Guides on network configurations and client sign-offs.
• Monitors and assigns work in ticketing environments and documents resolutions.
• Ensures SOPs/MOPs and safety guidelines are followed.
