Oracle is seeking a Data Center Services Operations professional to identify opportunities for hardware upgrades, validate cabling, monitor ticketing systems, and ensure SOPs and MOPs are followed to maintain high availability.

You will mentor junior technicians, lead coordination with internal teams and vendors, and support change control processes to minimize downtime. The role requires strong attention to safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor less experienced technicians on hardware maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize disruption.
• Validate cabling and network connectivity, ensuring proper configurations and standards.
• Monitor ticketing system, assign work, and identify trends to escalate for resolution.
