Job summary

AgileEngine is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop dashboards, analyze trends, validate data sources, and maintain data models using SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tools. Collaboration with remote teams and stakeholders across the company will be essential to deliver high-impact analytics with speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience with models or migration to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor on coding and data tasks.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Spreadsheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of data pipelines and data modeling validation.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for accurate insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong customer service.
• Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
