Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will work with SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tools to deliver meaningful visualizations.

You will collaborate with the data team in a remote-friendly environment, own data models, and drive improvements while communicating complex findings to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience including migration to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using Claude Code or Cursor for AI-assisted coding.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to validate data models for accurate reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities
