Job summary

AgileEngine seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop data visualizations, maintain data models, and collaborate with remote teams to optimize reporting accuracy.

The role emphasizes SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tools usage, with flexible remote/office options and USD-based compensation. You will engage with cross-functional partners to drive business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, incl. migrating to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor) across coding and analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models for accurate reporting.
• Experience with GitHub, Slack, JIRA for remote collaboration.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver service.
