AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into strategic insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own end-to-end BI work, covering data sources, modeling, analytics, and storytelling to drive business decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, leveraging SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tools to deliver scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience
• Hands-on Python development experience
• Experience using Claude Code or Cursor AI tools
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA)

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities
• Validate data sources for accuracy and reliability of insights
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver insights
• Improve data processes, tools and documentation

• Communicate insights clearly to varied audiences
• Take ownership and drive priorities in ambiguous environments
• Maintain high quality and attention to detail
• Support teammates by taking on secondary tasks as needed
