AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop dashboards, analyze datasets, and validate data sources to ensure accurate reporting while interacting with customers to gather requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid data warehousing and data pipeline knowledge.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and reports for senior leaders and product teams.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
