Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to transform large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will build dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, Python, and cutting-edge AI tools, driving data-driven decisions across the organization.

Leverage remote-friendly collaboration, strong data warehousing knowledge, and excellent communication to deliver actionable narratives and significant business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Prior hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver service.
• Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Navigate ambiguity, set strategy, and translate data into actionable insights for executives and product teams.
• Communicate complex data insights clearly to varied audiences.
• Maintain high quality and attention to detail.
• Support teammates by taking on secondary tasks when needed.
