Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear strategic insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own end-to-end BI initiatives, from data sources to visualizations, with a strong emphasis on actionable storytelling and impact.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SQL, 3+ years Tableau, Python experience, and familiarity with AI coding tools, data warehousing concepts, and modern collaboration

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, maintaining or migrating models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid data warehousing concepts and data pipelines knowledge.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations for reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
