AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop data visualizations and data models, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive data-driven decisions across the organization.

The role emphasizes autonomy, quality, and storytelling with data, leveraging SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tools to deliver actionable insights with speed and precision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years Tableau development; maintain/migrate Tableau models.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using Claude Code or Cursor AI tools.
• Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• 2+ years Snowflake development experience.
