AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop dashboards and data visualizations, analyze datasets, and validate data sources to ensure accurate reporting. Collaboration with customers and teams, plus evolving data processes, is central to the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience and ability to optimize queries across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including maintaining models and migrating to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor) across coding and analysis.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
