AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. The role emphasizes SQL development, Tableau modeling, Python work, and use of AI coding tools in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment.

You will own end-to-end BI solutions, validate data accuracy, and translate complex data into actionable narratives with a strong business impact.

Competenze

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including migration to Streamlit.
• Prior hands-on Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain/validate data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.
