Darwoft is hiring a Senior/Staff Software Engineer (AI-Native/Claude Code/Codex) for LATAM. This 100% remote role as a Full-time Contractor focuses on AI-native development within a modern transaction platform for M&A workflows.

You will leverage AI coding agents to accelerate delivery while navigating a large codebase and making architectural decisions. You should be highly technical, product-minded, and capable of owning complex systems in a fast-growing, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building and operating production software systems.
• Strong fundamentals in architecture, design, debugging, testing, and maintainability.
• Experience with large or complex existing codebases and SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and evolve a large production codebase.
• Design and implement new product capabilities across a complex SaaS platform.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions to scale the product.
• Improve reliability, tests, and production readiness using AI-assisted tooling.
