Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer (AI-Native) to join a LATAM-based, fully remote team. You will work on a modern transaction platform in AI-native engineering, integrating Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and other AI agents to dramatically speed up delivery.

You’ll navigate a large existing codebase, make architectural decisions, and improve reliability while delivering production software. This is a contractor role with USD payments and a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and operating production software systems.
• Strong fundamentals in architecture, system design, testing, and maintainability.
• Experience with large or complex existing codebases.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and evolve a large production codebase.
• Design and implement new capabilities across a SaaS platform.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions as the product scales.
