Job summary

Darwoft is hiring a Senior/Staff Software Engineer for an AI-native platform-based product in LATAM. This senior role focuses on building production software with AI coding agents, integrating Claude Code, Codex, and other tools into development workflows.

You will own architectural decisions, reliability, and velocity in a fast-growing, remote-first environment. You will work on a modern transaction platform for AI-enabled M&A workflows, collaborating with product leadership to ship scalable

Qualifications

Strong production software experience and ownership.
Excellent fundamentals in architecture, design, debugging, testing.
Experience with large/complex codebases and SaaS products.
Backend or full-stack with modern languages/frameworks.
Understanding of APIs, data modeling, distributed systems.
Familiarity with cloud, CI/CD, and production ops.

Responsibilities

Navigate and evolve a large production codebase.
Design and implement new capabilities across a complex SaaS platform.
Make pragmatic architectural decisions as the product scales.
Identify and address technical debt and reliability issues.
Use Claude Code, Codex, Copilot and similar AI agents throughout development.
Build and evolve backend services, APIs, data models, and workflows.
Improve testing, observability, reliability, and production readiness.
Enhance development tooling, automation, and engineering practices.
Troubleshoot complex issues across stack layers.
Collaborate with product leadership to translate business problems into technical solutions.
