Resilient Co. is seeking a Tech Lead Engineer who will remain an individual contributor while driving technical direction and high-quality software delivery. This role emphasizes AI-forward development and setting the bar for code quality, architecture, and engineering playbooks across the team.

You will own features end-to-end, mentor peers, and collaborate with product and QA to push for better processes. The ideal candidate drives pragmatic, proactive leadership and hands-on excellence.

Formación

• Must be able to own features end-to-end: design, implement, test, deploy, and operate in production.
• Proactive leadership in architecture decisions and SDLC improvements.
• Strong collaboration with product, QA, and engineering teams.
• Hands-on senior engineer with ML/AI-forward mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Owns product features end-to-end: technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, production operation
• Sets and enforces code quality bar including architecture decisions and security-by-default practices
• Builds and improves the agentic engineering framework with AI-assisted workflows
• Mentors engineers through pairing, code reviews, and feedback
• Engages with product managers to align feature direction and engineering implications
• Collaborates with QA to improve processes and on-call readiness
• Active in Slack contributing to architectural and design discussions
• Becomes self-sufficient by day 60 and a team leader by day 90
