Amplemarket is seeking a seasoned Tech Lead who will grow into an Engineering Manager, taking ownership of technical direction while leading greenfield projects that leverage Large Language Models and modern AI technologies. You will remain hands-on about 75% of your time, coding, reviewing, and guiding the team.

You will coordinate between engineering and product, mentor engineers, and drive sprint planning to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions across the platform.

Formación

• Lead greenfield projects powered by LLMs and AI technologies.
• Ability to stay close to the codebase and provide technical guidance.
• Experience mentoring engineers and coordinating across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with the co-founders on priorities, execution, and technical direction
• Act as the glue between engineering and product, ensuring alignment across teams and parallel projects
• Lead greenfield projects from the ground up, building new products powered by LLMs and AI technologies
• Provide technical mentorship and leadership to engineers on the team
• Plan and run engineering sprints to support predictable, high-quality delivery
• Stay hands-on when needed - coding, reviewing, and debugging complex issues
• Recruit and build a strong engineering team, owning the hiring process end to end
• Support engineers' growth through feedback, mentorship, and stretch opportunities
• Contribute to company-wide engineering and process initiatives
