AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality and architecture, leading design and deployment of containerized Python and React apps.

Collaborate with DevOps, embed AI-powered features, and guide senior engineers while upholding engineering standards and long-term maintainability in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience with architectural ownership.
• Strong production experience with Python (FastAPI or Flask).
• Solid TypeScript/React experience (Next.js or modern state management is a plus).
• Comfortable with REST APIs, including migrating away from legacy GraphQL endpoints where needed.
• Docker and PostgreSQL, including comfort with database migrations.
• Demonstrated experience building or maintaining data-heavy applications.
• AWS Ecosystem familiarity with S3/Athena/EKS/Kubernetes and related data workflows.
• Familiar with DAG-based orchestrators like Airflow; not managing Airflow itself.
• Mac/Linux terminal-centric environments (Bash, Makefiles).
• AI-assisted development tooling with sound judgment.
• Strong soft skills to defend technical opinions with scalability in mind.
• Comfort with ambiguity: define and solve problems in unclear environments.

• Code Governance: Review PRs and enforce code quality standards.
• System Architecture: Design and deploy containerized applications using REST APIs.
• Technical Integration: Embed AI features and data-heavy backend outputs into the platform without disrupting workflows.
• AWS Ecosystem Engagement: Collaborate with DevOps and clarify requirements without owning analytics pipelines.
• Team Leadership: Guide senior developers and uphold engineering practices.
