IgniteTech is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to own end-to-end features on an enterprise B2B product. You will build the harness that lets AI agents work in parallel across UI, API/GraphQL, backend, and containers, shipping enterprise-grade features end-to-end.

Fully remote, async-first, global team; you will mentor juniors, drive quality, and own the feature from concept to release with guardrails and verification.

Formación

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering with production depth in Java (backend) and ReactJS (frontend).
• Experience building AI/LLM-powered product features and agent orchestration is a plus.
• Enterprise-grade software experience including defensive coding, validation, testing, and code review.

Responsabilidades

• Build the harness and the tools that let AI agents perform whole units of work and verify their output.
• Orchestrate multiple agents across UI, API/GraphQL, backend, and containerized services end-to-end.
• Mentor junior engineers and share the harness you build to raise the team’s capabilities.
• Own the feature end-to-end: design, implement, test, review, and release with high quality.
