AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality, architecture, and the deployment of containerized Python and React applications, while guiding senior engineers and collaborating with DevOps.

In this role you will embed AI-powered features, integrate complex business logic, and ensure long-term maintainability within an ambitious, fast-moving environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience with architectural ownership.
• Strong production experience with Python (FastAPI or Flask).
• Solid TypeScript/React experience (Next.js or modern state management a plus).
• Comfortable with REST APIs, including migrating away from legacy GraphQL endpoints where needed.
• Docker and PostgreSQL experience, including migrations.
• Demonstrated experience building or maintaining data-heavy applications (large payloads, performance-sensitive queries).
• AWS ecosystem familiarity with S3/Athena/EKS/Kubernetes; able to engage DevOps discussions.
• Familiar with DAG-based orchestrators like Airflow.
• Mac/Linux terminal-centric environments proficiency.
• AI-assisted development tools usage with responsible governance.
• Strong ability to defend technical opinions and design scalable long-term solutions.
• Comfort with ambiguity: define problems before solving them.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

• Code Governance: Review PRs and enforce code quality standards.
• System Architecture: Design and deploy containerized applications using REST APIs.
• Technical Integration: Embed complex logic, AI features, and data-heavy outputs into the platform.
• AWS Ecosystem Engagement: Collaborate with DevOps and clarify requirements without owning pipeline architecture.
• Team Leadership: Guide senior developers and align with engineering practices.
