AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality and architecture, leading senior engineers while aligning with DevOps and established standards.

You will shape solutions in a fast-moving environment, integrating AI features and complex logic into a containerized stack using Python, React, and AWS services. Remote, growth-focused role with modern tech and collaborative culture.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience with architectural ownership.
• Strong production experience with Python (FastAPI or Flask).
• Solid TypeScript/React experience (Next.js or modern state management).
• Comfortable with REST APIs, migrating from GraphQL where needed.
• Docker and PostgreSQL, including migrations.
• Experience with data-heavy applications with large payloads.
• AWS ecosystem familiarity with data lakes and serverless queries.
• Familiar with DAG-based orchestrators like Airflow.
• Comfortable in Mac/Linux terminal-centric environments.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools with prudent oversight.
• Ability to define problems and frame work in ambiguous environments.
