AgileEngine is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform supporting clinical operations and program delivery. You will work with .NET, C#, React, and Azure, guiding AI agents through planning, testing, and verification to deliver end-to-end features.

You will ensure security, tenant isolation, and compliant data handling while coordinating with stakeholders and leading delivery across multiple teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Recent production experience with .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, PostgreSQL.
• Recent production experience with React and TypeScript in component-based apps.
• Strong Azure experience, including production deployment and ownership.
• Proven use of Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end feature delivery.
• Ability to translate objectives into executable agent work and verify results.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure using an agentic workflow.
• Prioritize V1 delivery, assigned work, and UAT readiness before optimization.
• Convert changing product direction into actionable delivery plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align requirements and priorities.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Review and verify generated work rigorously beyond agent outputs.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences.
• Ensure security, auditability, tenant isolation, and least privilege access for PHI.
• Keep blockers, risks, and next steps visible to the team.
