AgileEngine is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform for clinical operations and program delivery, using .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure. You will guide AI agents through planning, testing, and validation, focusing on meaningful end-to-end delivery.

The role demands strong technical judgment, the ability to translate product objectives into executable agent work, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Recent production experience with .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, and PostgreSQL.
• Recent production experience with React and TypeScript in component-based apps.
• Strong Azure experience including production deployment and operations ownership.
• Proven use of Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end feature delivery, not just autocomplete.
• Ability to translate product objectives into executable agent work and verify outputs through builds and tests.
• Ability to work within an AI Skill governance model and propose bounded improvements.
• Senior product judgment with high-paced delivery of V1 outcomes.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, service boundaries, and production validation.
• Strong communication and early blocker escalation; overlap with US Eastern Time.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure using an agentic-first workflow.
• Prioritize V1 delivery, assigned work, and UAT/demo readiness before optimization or tooling work.
• Convert changing product direction into practical delivery plans and keep momentum.
• Align with stakeholders when requirements conflict.
• Use the AI Skill consistently and route workflow improvements without displacing delivery.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, debugging, and validation.
• Review generated work rigorously and verify outputs before release.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences across the platform.
• Preserve security, auditability, tenant isolation, encryption, and least privilege for PHI.
• Make blockers, decisions, risks, and next steps visible to the team.
