FullStack is seeking a Senior AI-Native Engineering Lead to join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work. You will integrate directly into the client's team and work with designers and engineers on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software development, expert AI-native SDLC experience, and a proven track record architecting large-scale systems. Advanced English is required and a four-year degree is essential.

• Experience architecting large-scale production software systems.
• Experience establishing software architecture and code quality.
• Hands-on AI-native SDLC with modern AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with client's team and daily cross-functional alignment.
• Architect, develop, and deliver large-scale production software systems.
• Implement and advance AI-native SDLC and agentic AI tooling.
• Drive CI/CD, testing, and documentation practices.
• Contribute to libraries and reusable components.
