Caylent is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Cloud Native Applications team and deliver AI-first, production-ready solutions for our largest accounts. You will work closely with engineers, architects, sales, and project managers, while staying hands-on and guiding architecture decisions in complex enterprise environments.

The role emphasizes leadership across teams, client communication, and the delivery of secure, scalable cloud-native software using AWS and modern tools.

Formación

• 8+ years of software development and AWS cloud-native systems.
• 4+ years managing a team of technical direct reports.
• Experience managing professional services engagements and cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, C#, or TypeScript, and frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.

Responsabilidades

• Lead software delivery for AI-first, production-ready solutions.
• Own requirements gathering, architecture decisions, and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with client leadership and internal teams to navigate large, complex engagements.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in testing, DevOps, and scalable architectures.
