Job summary

Pearster is seeking a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to support our international team in a remote LATAM role. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and people operations across multiple countries.

You will coordinate interviews, publish clear job descriptions, maintain records, support performance and development initiatives, and help scale our HR processes using agile methods.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably HR Generalist or People Ops.
• Advanced English (C1) and Fluent Spanish (C2) with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-country collaboration.
• Hands-on recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration experience.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies for flexible work processes.
• Ability to work independently and with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across countries.
• Coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and conduct HR interviews for fit.
• Prepare and publish clear, engaging job descriptions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and databases.
• Support employee engagement, well-being, and retention initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact for HR-related questions and policies.
• Assist with performance management and professional development initiatives.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Coordinate benefits, time-off tracking, and other HR admin tasks.
