Veicolo Agency is seeking a technically adept Sales Virtual Assistant to manage the backend of outreach and CRM systems. You will ensure data integrity in HubSpot, manage the tech stack (Apollo, Instantly, Sales Navigator), and pursue workflow improvements with AI tools to accelerate sales delivery.

You will support the Sales Leadership and Senior SDR, handling data enrichment, CRM management, and campaign operations, while optimizing deliverability and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Prospecting & list building: identify high-value ecommerce leads on LinkedIn Navigator.
• Data enrichment: use Apollo to find verified contact data before CRM import.
• HubSpot management: build lists and SQL reports, keep lead status up to date.
• Cold email operations: setup Instantly.ai campaigns and monitor deliverability.
• Workflow enhancement: test new sales software and AI tools to speed processes.
• Sales support: assist the sales team with admin and technical tasks.
