Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems. The role is remote and contract-based, requiring strong SaaS operations knowledge.

You will audit CRM and integrated revenue systems, resolve data inconsistencies, and define clear business rules and documentation for complex workflows. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on Salesforce/HubSpot/Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems (billing, CPQ, ticketing, integration platforms).
• SQL, APIs, data models, cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
