YO AI Labs is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator to support Revenue Systems (SaaS) in a remote role. You will audit and optimize CRM and revenue workflows, resolve data inconsistencies, and document operational prompts for complex SaaS scenarios.

Prior AI experience is not required. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience across Salesforce or HubSpot, with strong knowledge of data models, APIs, and integration points.

Competenze

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
