YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focusing on operational excellence across CRM and revenue platforms. This remote contractor role requires strong CRM expertise and a practical approach to resolving data and process inconsistencies.

You will help evaluate SaaS operations, design robust governance, and document clear system changes to support billing, CPQ, and ticketing integrations.

Competenze

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Mansioni

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
