Morean is seeking a Sales Operations Associate, Systems & Tools to join an international team and help build and improve the GTM tech stack across Sales, Customer Success, and Self-Serve teams. You’ll identify manual processes, implement automations with Clay, Zapier, and API connections, and translate business needs into concrete technical requirements.

You’ll partner with CRM owners and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance data quality and drive scalable operations.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years in Sales Operations or related roles.
• Hands-on automation across GTM tools.
• Experience with Clay, Gong, Zapier, Salesforce or similar.
• Experience evaluating AI tools in workflows.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model and reporting.

• Own and manage go-to-market tool stack, acting as first contact for tooling questions.
• Define requirements, milestones, and business outcomes for tooling initiatives.
• Evaluate new tools and AI-powered workflows and build business cases.
• Create documentation and self-service resources to improve adoption.
• Identify manual processes and build automations to improve efficiency.
• Connect automation workflows with CRM and enrichment sources.
