Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a GTM Operations Analyst to act as the operational partner for a group of Client Engagement Executives. You will own parts of the sales cycle, research target accounts, manage calendars and travel, and drive contracts through approval and signature.

You will also draft communications, keep ERP/CRM data clean for pipeline forecasting, and collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Sales Operations. This fully remote role offers flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in support or operational roles.
• Background in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or Account Management.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Jira or other management tools.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Research and qualify target accounts and leads using tools such as Crunchbase and LinkedIn, preparing account insights and supporting outreach planning for each executive.
• Manage executives' calendars, meetings, and business travel end to end, prioritizing client-facing time and anticipating logistical needs.
• Own the commercial contract workflow, including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs, from request to signature, coordinating with Legal and Finance and tracking SLAs and escalations.
• Draft and manage communications on behalf of the sales team, choosing the right channel and keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Keep ERP/CRM records accurate and up to date, ensuring clean data for pipeline reporting and forecasting in coordination with Sales Operations.
