Job summary

Morean is seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to join an international team and scale growth through automation, AI, and data-driven campaigns. You’ll work at the intersection of Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, AI, and automation, turning priorities into campaigns, workflows, and AI-powered solutions that support acquisition, activation, and retention.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or similar
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Iterable, Smartly, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of B2C funnels: acquisition, activation, retention
• Experience building triggered campaigns and automated workflows
• Ability to work autonomously with low-code and AI tools to implement ideas
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic): prompts, outputs, evaluation workflows
• Experience with Zapier, Clay, Framer, Lovable, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor market and funnel data to identify opportunities and determine campaign response
• Own campaign execution end-to-end from audience selection to performance tracking
• Build and optimize triggered campaigns, onboarding sequences, re-engagement flows, and lifecycle initiatives
• Translate marketing strategies into scalable systems and automated workflows
• Identify manual processes and apply AI/automation to improve speed and personalization
• Build AI-powered workflows for acquisition, content, and competitive intelligence
• Work with LLM tools and APIs to design prompts, outputs, and evaluation processes
• Build and improve tools that enable faster campaign activation across channels
• Analyze campaign performance and share insights with stakeholders
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Ops to improve decision-making
• Stay updated on AI, automation, and emerging marketing tech
