Job summary

Geeks on Site is seeking an IT Systems & Automation Specialist to maintain and improve our operational systems, integrations, automations, reporting, and telephony workflows. This hands-on role requires a self-starter who can work remotely, collaborate with international teams, and own technical challenges from start to finish.

You will work with Zoho CRM/Analytics/Flow, build automations with Pipedream or Make, query data with SQL, and explore AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to boost

Qualifications

• 2+ years in System Administration or related technical field.
• Hands-on experience supporting business systems, applications, or integrations.
• Experience with Zoho Analytics, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Flow in CRM/workflow contexts.
• Experience building or maintaining automations with Pipedream or Make.com.
• Familiarity with telephony and CCaaS systems; basic SQL knowledge.
• Advanced English proficiency for daily collaboration with English-speaking teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and end-user support for business systems and operational tools.
• Support and maintain Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Flow platforms.
• Build and troubleshoot integrations and automated workflows using Pipedream or Make.com.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data queries to support decision-making.
• Work with CRM data, workflows, and automations to improve processes.
• Support telephony systems including IVR, routing, and CCaaS platforms.
• Query data with SQL and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for research, troubleshooting, and docs.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams; manage multiple projects.
