YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Sales/Revenue/CS Operations Expert for a remote contractor role. You will optimize CRM configurations, align revenue tools, and streamline workflows across SaaS environments.

You will ensure data accuracy, develop clear reporting, and document processes while supporting adoption and operational improvements across teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Manage revenue tools including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management systems.
